| Do you have to do a custom page and insert/replace info? I have not been brave enough to try a custom page. If I do a custom page and mess up, can I go back to the standard page.?

I think it depends on if your catagories are hard coded or are created dynamically. You might have css to STYLE the links, without the links being hard coded.
When you look at your home page template, do you see a list of urls to each catagory? If so, you could likly insert more to go to the subs you wanted to show.
Otherwise, Im not sure what would happen - stylewise - if you change out the code.

Sure! I think a better term would be "Customizable Templates" rather than custom.
What you do is, you copy the template code and paste it into the custom templates tabs in your admin area (under appearance). If all you do is copy the code, paste it in, and save it - your pages will look exactly as they do now.
From there, you could make this change on just your home page template, for example. if you did not like it, you could change it back.
If you were to make a bunch of changes and things got "messed up", you could always just copy and paste the original code again - to take you back.
-----I think a lot of people do not realize they do not need to start from scratch its just that the code being used to create our pages is not automatically displayed in the custom template tabs - it has to be downloaded and copied and pasted into place. From there, its a matter of making changes here and there - not starting from nothing.

Yes, you do. 5$ a month is an incredible value for HOSTING - not to mention everything else!

Yes, you do. 5$ a month is an incredible value for HOSTING - not to mention everything else!
Totally agree. Just won't have a CC to bill it to until at least next month. Paypal screwed mine up and now I'm on my 3rd attempt at getting it replaced.
