| I realize it seems like I come up with a different problem everyday, and I hate to be a pest. But now, everytime I try to edit a page text and click on "update", my computer freezes up and I have to turn it off to solve the problem. For the record, (if it helps), I am useing Internet Explorer, and use Hi Speed Broadband thru my Cable Company, and I am not haveing this problem anywhere else, including on BuyItSellIt. It is ONLY happening on page text editor. I have cleared cookies, history, temporary internet files, and anything else I could think of. I have ran 2 different Virus Scans, and defragged my computer because I was hopeing I could solve the problem on my end, but it is still happening. I have tried 6 or 7 times. Any help is certainly appreciated. David

That's very strange. What version of IE are you currently using? I've tested it in IE7, firefox and safari and can not reproduce any problems.

| Hey Tomas; Just FYI; I just tried it again with the same results. As for which version of Internet Explorer I use, I'm gonna show my ignorance here. I have NO IDEA which version I use. I wasn't even aware there were different versions. Could you please tell me how to find this out??? What's really strange is that it only happens when I click "update" on the page text editor. It doesn't happen ANYWHERE else, even other places on BuyItSellIt. ????????????????????

If you click on the help menu from IE, choose 'about internet explorer', it will show the version number.

| Tomas; my sister lives next door to me and I walked over to her house and tried it on her computer and the same thing happened. She is on a totally different internet set-up (Bellsouth DSL) and uses Internet Explorer 6.0. I cannot explain it. I didn't clear her files or anything, but the same thing happened. The computer froze as soon as I clicked "update" I don't know if this helps or not. David
