parser error message

I am trying to open a new store and when I click "Create Store", the page freezes and I get an error message. Something about "parser error"....whatever that is. It's happened twice. I'll try again in a few minutes but I just thought you should know that something seems to be not working right there.

Ok, now when I try to create the store it tells me that the name is taken. I assume it was taken by myself a few minutes ago when the process froze up. But I can't log in with that name and password either. Help?
