| Hi I think there should be a way to find a store on BISI. Like a store directory. I was looking for a friend's shop and wouldn't have found her if I hadn't recognized her product image. Cathy

Hi Cathy, there is a "members" link just above on this page that shows all the members, that may help find others stores...

There is only 20 people on that list. That has to be the number of people who have signed into the boards...not who has stores.

| Thanks!! I see the link! I think the forums are a separate module from the storefronts. That may be why all of the stores don't show up in that list. But, new people coming into BISI through the home page and using the Buy link to get to the site categories page (which is probably the most used path)--can't find shops and may not come to the Community pages. I guess I want buyers coming to find me on BISI to be able to do so, even if they don't have my shop URL. In ways, with the businesses online that host stores- they have to eventually decide if they will be selling items in general with a more sophisticated search and category structure--or if they will keep a simple product search for the entire site. And in the end they may simply have a site directory for stores housed there. BISI is relatively new. I am aware that that they can't do too much too fast. I like it here and want to see them grow! Brenda- friendly, helpful sellers are much appreciated by me! As a matter of fact- I found BISI because you posted on eBay boards and I found your BISI store name on Google. So you get a double thanks from me. Cathy

Hi Cathy, thank you so much! Actually, there are over 2,100 members. You need to go to the bottom of the "members" page, there are 110 pages.....

| Brenda-Thanks!-I looked at a random number of members. I only covered the first 6-7 pages and am impressed by how many people have registered recently. My RL background is in Market Research. The copyright on BISI shows 2007. This is a lot of interested, registered people. Hopefully it will make for a good group with buyers brought in by each. As soon as I get my store built and stocked I will be going off to harvest buyers to aim them here. Cathy

The new site was actually launched in November. Not a bad 4 months eh?
