I received notice from Google that an order had been placed but I do not see an order in my order section. Is there a reason that the order did not show up?

Tomas did you find out why this order is not showing up? I think the guy who ordered it was a little upset that it didn't show up. I also am a little upset. Also can you delete invoice #99 or give us a way to delete the orders that get put in our order list from people messing around.

Can you check your google account under 'integration' and see if there are any errors?

I just did a test order and confirmed it went through fine and Google notified BISI of the payment. Make sure you have your call back URL under 'integration' set as:

https://checkout.buyitsellit.com/google/callback.aspx

Also make sure that the Callback method is XML.

I can't set up the API with Google as I already have Ecrater there. I got paid fine but would just like to have an order show up in my order account like it does on Blujay. I don't have their API set up with Google and I still get an invoice from them. Is there a way to have the order show up without the API?

The API is required to receive the order information. Due to the nature of Google Checkout, It is the first step and bypasses the BISI checkout. We don't receive any of the order information until the Google Checkout process is completed.

It is possible to set up multiple checkout accounts as others have done.

I went in an opened another account and put the numbers in the payment section. If I get an order and someone pays by Google before I can verify my bank account does it screw it up? Do you know.

No, it shouldn't. You just won't be able to deposit anything until it's confirmed. I just made a test payment on my account which hasn't had the bank confirmed yet and the payment went through fine.
