| I'm showing I have made my first sale (Yay!) but it shows Payment not Recieved. I sent the Invoice Reminder email that mybisi offers but am I supposed to send an invoice to the buyers email address. The purchase is being made through Paypal but no activity is on my paypal and I never recieved an email notification. Please Help!!! www.paigeslittlegrasshopper.mybisi.com

Congratulations on your sale. Occasionally I have customers who don't complete their paypal process. I usually send the bisi paypal invoice reminder and add some friendly text to it. Often they will complete the payment or email me back and explain why they didn't. Although sometimes I never hear from them. It's frustrating but after a few days, if I haven't heard from them I just delete the order.

How long ago was the sale?
If it's been a day or so...yeah send the BISI email with the paypal link and ask if they are encountering any difficulties paying.
I did have a problem with a customer paying by paypal (they couldn't complete checkout with BISI) but Tomas assured me it had to be the customer's fault although they are a fellow BISI store owner and they and others have reported the same problem that checkout for paypal kept saying something was missing...sigh

| Thank you guys SOOOOO much!!! I was worried I was doing something wrong. The sale was made today and my sales on myspace are VERY quick so this customer probably decided not to buy or is just taking a bit longer. I really appreciate your help!!! | Also - a heads up for youl If the buyer has an @aol.com email address, the will not receive email sent from BISI - neither the automatic order confirmation that the software sends nor any that you manually aend from the email tab in our orders screen. With every al buyer I have had, I have received a "delay of email" notification after about 24 hours on any BISI emails, then in 48 or so hours a "delivery failure" notice. So, if they are aol, go to your regular email and send your communications.
