I would like to send out surprise freebies now and then to my mailing list people (I stocked up on forever stamps  In fact, I would like to offer a freebie to anyone who joins my mailing list - with a limit of 25 - maybe per month or two - I haven't decided on the details. Where would be the best place to attract the most attention? I was thinking Google base because my stuff seems to come up alot in searches but I would have to change all my listings or can I just create a listing for "free surprise scrapbook supply"? Would it actually be free if they have to sign up? How can I get people to sign up and stay signed up and not just sign up to get the freebie and then opt out? Thanks!
