A few of my friends have dropped me an email saying when they are searching for something and they reach the end of page 1-whether it's my store or a general search they get a server error message and have to start all over again. Is anybody aware of this. Thanks Donna

| I am not aware of this happening with my store... but that doesn't mean it hasn't, and I sure would like to know if it did. Do you know if these instances were mainly happening at the same time, or on the same day, or were they spread out over time?

I have had more than alot of emails from customers unable to checkout using paypal. I'm working around it by staying in touch and sending paypal invoices but its not an efficient solution. This ongoing checkout problem seems to happen most often late at night, I'm on the east coast USA , although not exclusively. I have noticed that the pages seem to load very slowly at times when I am browsing/shopping the site, and sometimes I get the error message too. Could the checkout problem also be a function of server speed or overload issues? Is anyone else experiencing this? What can be done?

There are no server overload or capacity issues. I need the exact errors that are being received in order to determine the problem.
