You can open support tickets from the support link in your BISI administration area. 
You are getting these errors due to your Blujay account. It looks like a Blujay order is being submitted to the BISI Callback and we are not processing it. That's why you are getting this notice.

| I was getting the same messages every other day I am wondering how many sales I lost and did not realize this I was just ignoring the messages now I realize these were actually sales. I will do the same sigh up for a separate google checkout. Thanks for clearing that up.
