I just started a campaign a couple minutes ago. I had a free $50 coupon. Thought I would see how that works out.

I would love to hear about what did or did not work for others who have used adwords. Also, did you see it to be worth the money?

I have not used it yet for my audiorepairguides store (I am still building the store, will use it once the store is ready), but I use it all the time to point directly to my ebay auctions.

You have to keep in mind the cost per click vs. the cost of the item you are selling. For the most part, I have been able to keep my clicks under $0.30 per click for items worth at least a few hundred dollars, so it has been worth it.

I just started one yesterday, but I set my budget to $50.  I actually got some traffic in my store from it, which is good, but no sales.  I want to see at the end of the month which words actually got alot of clicks, then work from there and adjust.

Good luck with yours

I like to use google adwords, but the cost scares me away. The average cost per click on a particular keyword (generic product type) is above $3, the relevant product sale prices range from $5 to 40. I just do not see I can afford the advertise cost if there is no flat fee plan (maybe there is a reasonable flat rate plan that I just do not know)
