Hi -

Tomas or anyone - when I checked my google base account I have gone down to only 79 items????  Did I do something wrong or am I supposed to be doing something???  This doesn't look good

Mine are all gone except the one item I put on today.  I know I read somewhere about items expiring from google base in 30 days.  Does bisi automatically re-submit items to google, or do we have to do something????? Help

I seem to have lost 100 or so. I wish there was a way to see what was rejected and the reason so I could make corrections. As I get more items listed, it gets more difficult to track what is accepted and what isn't.

Have you checked your inactive items? There's no way to tell why they were dissaproved or google removed them if the are 'rejected'. If they are just expired, they should be resubmitted.

I had 30 to 40 items that expired yesterday, as they were scheduled to do. But they have not yet been re-submitted. Am I supposed to do that or does BISI take care of it automatically? I have submitted a support ticket on this issue.

Mine are showing in my google admin as published and searchable but I just tried around 15 out of my over 400 items and none show up in the search results...

I checked, and I too, have had many items expire.   They are not in the inactive folder or disapproved.  I will keep checking this post to see what Tomas or one of the Gurus tell us about resubmitting these items.  I am hoping it will be done on a rolling basis,automatically, but not sure how it is done.  I would hate to have to put all of them back in on an individual basis every 30 days.  Ugh!
