Detroit Red Wings,
Stanley Cup Champions
Congratulations to Dallas Drake,
Chris Osgood, (Former Blues) and company.
Don't get too crazy on us Tomas.
Enjoy the feeling of having the Cup
for the next year.
I'll get a closer look eventually.
Mike.

Woohoo! So happy to see the cup come back to Hockeytown where it belongs. The win would have been sweet @ home, but we still won. I'm going to do my best to make it to Detroit for the parade.

Belongs ? ? ?

As long as it isn't in NY.

I can't remember the Blues ever having
that many "big" names on their team at one time.
OK, we also have never had enough money to put into salaries.
The Red Wings have a strong organization.
The season gets going again in a little more than three months.
Until then,
Go Cardinals.

It's a bit of a stretch at this point,
but again, Go Cardinals.

You could cut the Wings team in half, add enough players to fill the rosters,
and still have two teams that can compete for the Cup this year.

The Wings look good as usual.
#2 in the Western Division. ( #2 ? ? )
Are the Sharks that good?
The Blues are having a great season.
I Mean the team doctors for the Blues
are having a busy season.
Even healthy, I don't think we have the
talent to stay with the elite teams in
the league.
Nothing like rooting for your team to be
a spoiler.
Mike.

Are the Sharks that good?

They are after picking up Todd McLellan as head coach.

Todd used to be Detroit's assistant coach. The Sharks have a big strong team, throw in a Red Wings coaching method and they have a solid team. We're still 3 points behind them in the conference and league points. Could have caught them with a win last Sat.

Little more than half-way through the season, lookin good though.
