I wish I had success to share! We had one sale when we first opened the store and hadn't done any marketing. We have since tried various attempts at marketing and haven't had any sales. Go figure! We have had a lot of lookers but no buyers. We have been making every attempt to drive our eBay traffic here short of actually putting a link in our eBay store, which is against their policies. Hope others have more luck.

 What type of marketing attempts have you tried to drive traffic to your site? emails? flyers in sold items? how about giving your ebay buyers a coupon to use here?
I'm impressed with your ebay sales and say great job!!!

| Actually if you have an About Me page you may put the link on that page. Lots of others on e-bay do it. I am hoping that there will be so many of us abandoning ship at e-bay that the traffic will shortly follow. As soon as I get my store here up and running I will be sending an e-mail to my rather large customer base. I may get kicked off of e-bay before that though as I have put my store on vacation and left a message as to why my store is closed down. I don't know how long e-bay will let that stay up. Anyway if you have an About Me page you should be able to put the link to your site here on that page. Scrubs n' More by Carol

| Well Well....I guess you could say we have an inventory of clothes..just not for humans! lol We are a pet direct company in the process of adding our inventory...we have lines of dog clothes including sweaters, tshirts and raincoats! We shall see what happens as we progress..As far as FEEbay is concerned..forget it...they are getting ridiculous...We are still on there as a Power Seller but its more of a Power giver of money to ebay!

| Hi, I see it's been a couple of months since anybody's posted anything here on this clothing sellers thread. Is anybody having any sales? I had one sale within about a week of opening (that was back around February), but only about 3 sales after that. The way the economy is going, I'm thinking about just throwing in the towel  At least listing and selling is free here. The only costs involved are purchasing and holding items in inventory, but that still doesn't mean I'll hold on forever. I had told myself that I would not list on ebay with Best Match, but finally broke down and listed one item the other day. At least before best match you knew your item was going to show up on page one.... eventually. But now, you have no idea where your item is going to be, or if it will ever show up on page one. It may be buried on page 2 or 12 or 14... or wherever, forever. Sorry, I don't mean to be a downer  Just getting discouraged. I put a lot of time and effort into sourcing my products, taking photos, listing, etc, and perhaps get too emotionally attached...hmmm. How is everyone else doing?
