| Dear bisi, we've contacted you several times through the support tickets, but have not received a response to any of our follow-up questions. We received a second PayPal payment this morning, but when we go into our orders page, everything is showing up as 0.00, and there's no sign that we've had a new sale. This is the second sale this is happening with. Unlike Google payments, via PP we have no way of knowing exactly which item it is that's being purchased, unless we go into our orders page. We are still waiting to hear back from the first buyer to find out what she purchased in order to send her the item(s), as her order from a couple of days ago is still not showing up. Please, please help us figure out how to resolve this, I'll be happy to call PayPal, but don't know exactly what questions I should be asking them to resolve this. If anyone else has any suggestions/advice how to resolve this, it would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance.
