| Was hunting for an itm for friend who still insists on using ebay and came across a seller with 2 negatives and bunches of neutrals with 100% rating. Could someone explain this one as I thought they always affected the rating? Thank you Donna

Often, when you first begin to sell on eBay, you make mistakes, and get negs. I got my first neg in the first month of selling, but rarely get them now. I think I have a total of 8 in 9 years of selling. If the person has 100% positive, they are probably an OK seller. JMO
