Tomas,

Why am I receiving duplicated orders (different order numbers) for the same items?  I have four orders from the same buyer on two different items but only two of them show payment received.  Why is this happening?  I did only receive two emails for the two completed payment orders.  Let me know ASAP so I can get these shipped out.  Thanks.

Ashleigh

This is because they checked out more than once. They may have backed out of the final Paypal checkout and went back a few more times to resubmit the order.

Is there anyway this problem can be remedied?  It might create a huge issue for someone that is new to BISI or has a lot of items to process and doesn't notice that the payment received shows no.  It creates a huge headache for sellers of having to navigate through these orders.  Thanks.

There's no way to differentiate multiple orders from a buyer. It doesn't happen often, but you'll occasionally get a confused buyer that will submit multiple orders. There's no way to prevent this.

Tomas,

Here is the comment from the customer concerning connection delay for those two orders...

I was having some trouble with getting over to the pay pal site (it just kept being really slow) so, I started over.

This happened during both orders.  Just thought you may want to know that people are having connections problems.

Unfortunately, once we pass the checkout process to Paypal, it's out of our hands how fast and responsive it is.
