We are going on vacation next week and won't be able to process any orders. Is this link for disabling the site when on vacation? If so, I would like to have it corrected ASAP. Thanks.

Actually it is the Take Store Offline link under the Account tab.

Looks like the link is clickable now but I don't see exactly what it is doing. My store is still able to be accessed. What exactly is taking your store offline supposed to do? Thanks.

Yes, your store can still be accessed and viewable. A buyer will get a message when viewing their cart and the checkout buttons will be disabled. This way, you won't lose any potential customers by just shutting the store down completely.

We'll be allowing a custom message in the near future that will allow you to specify when you'll be back online.
