Hello,

Can you tell me, when a customer buys from the store, do we the sellers see the buyers email address, like we do at our eBay Stores?

I have it in my listings the shipping cost for each product and then have it added that I offer shipping discount for additional items when paid for on the same invoice.

I would need to send the buyer an invoice from Pay Pal or Google check out so I could adjust there invoice, if the site here has no way to add that into the check out that I can see.

Thanks for any help.

Hello!

Yes, you get the buyers email address when you sell stuff. You also get their address and phone number.

I have it in my listings the shipping cost for each product and then have it added that I offer shipping discount for additional items when paid for on the same invoice.

Why not save a step, use an estimate on shipping weight and add a small handling fee to all orders? And when I say estimate, I mean over estimate by a bit. Your items are not going to ship by the ounce so it does work out fairly well. I have done this for other e-commerce sites I manage and it works out well to use the real-time calculated shipping (shipping by weight).

Hi,

Im just in the process of setting up the store, so I will try what you have said. That would work better.

Glad to know that the buyers email addres does show up, just wanted to be sure, before I listed anything more, as at time I have had to invoice on my own.

Thank You for the help.
