I sell mostly jewelry.  $3.00 pretty much covers bubble wrap, an outer box and postage.  I use PayPal shipping labels when possible so DC is included.  For more items I feel OK shipping without insurance but would like the buyer to have the option to add insurance.  Is there something like eBay insurance feature on BISI.  For items over $100.00 I require insurance and have been adding it in the shipping charge and added "insurance included" in item description.

IMHO, BISI is great and I'm making a major effort to get my inventory copied from ProStores; talk about effort, months get my ProStores loaded and few sales.  So I'd like to make this my main selling venue but insurance option please.

Thank you, super site!

There isn't a specific "Insurance" option but many use the handling fee option to include insurance on an item if you are using the flat-rate shipping method.

Handling fees are hidden from the buyer when checking out and rolled into the shipping costs.

I believe ProStores has a spreadsheet export option. You can easily export your products and modify the spreadsheet to work with the bulk import.

Welcome to BISI!

Thank you getting back so quickly.  I'll have to think some more about the subject of insurance.

The main reason I'm not bulk uploading my ProStores listings is because the item images are embedded in the listings.  This goes back to before eBay adding the free picture show to listings.  So when I exported my listings to ProStores the embedded images were included.  I'm going through my ProStores listings category by category, item by item.  Rather time consuming but my BISI listing are much cleaner in appearance then on ProStores.  10 images is more than enough for me.  Thank you again for this selling venue are such a low cost and fast CS!
