| Tomas.... I sold a logo last night and although I selected "free shipping" on that listing, she was charged $2.50 shipping. I refunded her shipping charge, but was wondering if there was a glitch or something? I have $2.50 flat rate shipping in my store. To do this, I have been using the flat rate shipping on all items except logos. On my logos I selected "free shipping" since they are delivered via email. Is this a glitch or do I need to do something differently?? Thanks....Nikki

Does the product still have a shipping value under "flat rate" shipping?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, Tomas. When I listed my logos and clicked "free shipping" it didn't show any shipping values, so I assumed it would just switch over to free shipping. I took a look at the listing just now, and when I click on "flat rate" the value still shows the $2.50, but no values show when "free shipping" is selected. So if we are listing an item via the "list similar" function and want to switch to "free shipping" then we need to first clear out the value in the "flat rate"? I guess in that case, I need to go and edit all of my logos. When I edit the shipping on these, will the variations for them automatically be changed too? Thanks for your help...Nikki
