My shipping discounts are not being applied at checkout since yesterday. The checkout process is charging full shipping price on all items in the checkout cart.

I have tested several items in your cart and can not reproduce this.Please try to build a sample cart and provide the titles of the products and what the calculated shipping should be and what it is currently showing.

| Tomas, In my case, the test items I placed in my cart are flat-rate shipping where it should be $3.42 for the first item then $1.00 for the additional but it is charging $6.50.

It was only calculating it after you selected zip/country/state. I've fixed it to show discounted rates by default when first loaded.
