| Tomas! I now have 2 PayPal unpaid orders! OUCH!!! I tested the cart myself using both a money order AND PayPal payment methods. - Money Order/Check ... I got confirmation of my order
- PayPal (did not complete payment process) Did NOT get confirmation of order!
- RESULT: the entire order has DIED at the PayPal payment stage!
Because the client likely shy'ed away from the PayPal transfer, he/she no longer has any way of knowing what they bought or from who because the shopping cart is not confirming their order AND their cart is now empty! A confirmation of order, REGARDLESS of payment method, must be sent to our clients! If the PayPal link for the total order cannot be inlcuded within the message body, our contact email information should, at the very least, be available so they can contact us with other payment options or questions. Here is what the body of 'other free-on-line marketplace' looks like. It is sent to both buyer AND seller, making both aware of activity in the store.
