I'm confused!! I sell women's lingerie and figure my categories should be according to size. There is nothing more frustrating they sorting through someone's offerings and cannot find your size, so this is how I set up my site. I have items that are identical, except in size. When I do the sell similar, the attributes are not coming over, nor are the taxability (is this a word?) or the photo. Is there something I am doing incorrectly?

| loveyourlingerie - Right now, the sell similar does not carry everything over. It may be a feature in the near future but I am not sure. One thing, in your titles, you are putting a ~ instead of a space. This is causing your titles to stretch your store. For word wrap to work correctly (not just here but in most all applications), you need a space between words. Also, the ~ does not help but rather hender the search engines from giving you better ranking. They see: Felina~Desirables~Lace Thong~39B~Blue as two words since there is only one space. You need to change the ~ to a space so that the bots can read it. It also helps the customer in reading it.

tomas (2/8/2008) I've updated the sell similar function to include local and global categories.what about the google attributes? the FLAT Rate SHIPPING BOX NEVER STAYS CHECKED IT DEFULATS TO WEIGHT the weight when less then one pound never seems to ever stay in. Under Inventory I always want Have BISI track for me and I always want the same quantity --- is there a way to do that so it stays when copied and or when you create a new listing (althought I never create new I always use sell similiar. And I want - Allow users to purchase this item when out of stock - to always be marked. What would be prefect - at least for me - is if you could set up a store profile for this stuff that never changes. Yet be able to overwrite it if you wanted to.

Since we still can't get GOOGLE attributes to stick until we change them, I am bumping this up again. It sure would save a lot of time if the same stuff didn't have to be put in over and over again.
