I had asked an earlier question about Google Base. I got a response back from Google saying:

Thank you for your email. The issue that was preventing your items from
becoming active has been resolved. Please know that you may need to
republish any items you wish to display in the search results again. We're
looking forward to including your items soon.

I didn't have attributes. I removed the 9 posts on Google Base and that were disapproved. My question is to resubmit them do I need an API Key? I have tried through here and cheked the Google Base Link box and clicked update but it's not showing up in the active items on Google base.

Any help would be appreciated in learning how to resubmit my products.
