Well I tried everything but the bulk importer (I'm a dummy when it comes to that) but I started thinking about how long winded the description was so I went to the (Tina got me thinking about google) seo tab and shorten the description POOF it WORKED! or it might have been that support ticket I opened like Fred suggested....

Great! I'm going to notice what my SEO text is next time I have a problem saving. Does anyone know if there is a recommended character limit on the description? I think I remember reading about that somewhere but I don't think it was here in bisi forums.

Hi I use Meta Tag Analyzer to check my descriptions and meta tags.
it will warn you if your descriptions are to long in your SEO description box
and yes there is a limit to the amount as to what is robot friendly
(200 characters I think)
