Usually, we are granted permission to use stock photos, and other times, the vendors have such terrible images,
that we wouldn't use them. Does anyone sell or know where we can get one of those cheap 'ebay' photoshoot set-ups?
The little ones for little products? Lol.

THanks!

Here's a 12" one for $55

Or you can do it the DIY method:

I made my own light box. It was quick, easy (and cheap!). Here's a link to the instructions. It might be worth trying before you buy one.

Ok, now I'm wondering how I've lived so long without my own lightbox. I'm going right out to make one! THANKS!

A few years ago, through an eBay forum, I heard about a Cloud Dome. However, I was put off by the price, since the price for a Cloud Dome., starts at about $300; and moreover, only looks like a white plastic Tupperware bowl with a bracket on top. Nevertheless, I did try several times to win a used Cloud Dome through eBay auctions, however, even the used ones went for very high prices.

See what a Cloud Dome looks like here:

However, through one of the eBay forum, I discovered that you could make your own dome or light tent for taking picture. Since then, I have made several different types that I use for photographing different things and I feel that my DIY domes or lightboxes do a satisfactory job. I even made one out of a milk jug that did not cost me anything.

See here for instructionw for making a light tent with a milk jug:

I think that my DIY devices does just as nice a job if I had paid several hundred numbers.
