| ok first of all when i add a new product it lists it twice and my pic is not showing up secong when i have recently tried to add a new product my catgeories are poping up where i have a trading and video game store and i getting categoryies like handmade earings and handmade other things and i now have to select one...its all these changes you making at once i like them all but try making sure one works before adding a new one... the handling thing is good/cool but its unessary i think cause people could just charge the handling in the shipping price... well that is about it for now... I understand your frustrations but remember it is only Tomas. I think he is doing a good job for not having any help. I agree that things should be corrected before something new is added. The handling fee is beneficial to most people but remember pricing is pyschological and some customers won't pay over a certain amount for any particular item. So if the handling fee is added to that they may not buy. If however you wrap it up in the shipping cost they aren't aware of it as much. Just a thought.

I've never seen an item listed more than once. I've listed hundreds of test products and this has never happened unless I click the submit button more than once or refresh while it's saving.
I'm aware of the category-mix up. I made some changes to this and have been monitoring it. If you experience it again, please note the time and open a ticket.

This is true if you ship only flat-rate. Handling fees can not be added for those that use the calculated shipping.

| ok i see what you mean about the shipping being weight based you cant charge a flat rate but I dont recall pressing the submit button twice but then i might have cause i am currently using dial up...I know its hard to add our request at once thats why he should try adding less for now...But i own websites and forums and i know how hard it is to do everything by your self...well thank you thomas..Site has come a long way since i first joined, but its for the better....Keep up the good work. PS: I love the cupon code service please keep that...I love all the features so far... Discountking~daniel

There is only so much one person can do and I think Tomas has done a lot. I get frustrated too sometimes but some things are out of his control too. He has been trying to add all the things everyone has been asking about almost daily and fixing all the bugs that come up promptly. I appreciate this site and am sure things will get better as it gets older.
