.... remove the border that appears around pictures?

I DO have the border set to "0", but there still appears a thin white border anyway. It isn't quite as noticeable on all pics (like my home page pics), but on ones that I want to blend with the background, it is annoyingly noticeable!

I would like to be able to remove the white border so my Handmade Treasures pic just looks like text on the page.

The border appears to be in the actual image. Just a quick crop should fix it.

I did not put any border in this image when creating it so there is nothing to crop out.

It may be a default setting on whatever program you use. I could see a border on the image in photoshop. Try this:
