Hi, I'm new to Buy It Sell It. I got my first store up and running with no problems. I had trouble with the setup of the second store due to an email problem. I used the support ticket system 4+ days ago (had to use the support ticket system in my store that's up and running) with no response yet. Since I'm new and have not used this system yet my question is...how long will it be before I get a response? I really want to get my second store ready to use (http://www.faithsattic.mybisi.com) but can't login to my store because of the email problem kept me from going throught the verification process to finish the setup.
