Is it possible to receive payment but not order?
I received a Google Checkout Notification about an order but nothing shows on my Bisi Store.
I did not have this item as far as I know anywhere else. Is this possible to receive payment but BISI still does not show the order?

I had the same thing happen awhile back.  It happened because I didn't have Google Checkout set up correctly (my redirect was not set to the BISI callback as instructed).

Go into your Google account and make sure the callback matches the one listed here on the instructions for GCO payments.

Thanks or the advise.
I don't think I will be able to do that because my Google Checkout Callback is set for another site. Guess I need a diff GC account for BISI which I dont want to do.
1 Account is enough. I'll have to figure out which site it came from. I also have a site on another venue

I hear ya - my callback was set for either blujay or ecrater - can't recall now.  But I did change it to BISI due to lack of sales on either of those sites.  BTW - I know alot of people are doing well on the other two sites, however, the items I sell never really seemed to take off.  Hopefully yours are pulling a profit  Sell it where you can is my motto

ecrater has died the past two months. I was selling 4-5 items a month and nothing lately.
Unfortunately I can sell the same items on Ebay at a rate of 100 per month and only 2-3 on other sites. So far 2 sales on BISI in about 5 months.
