I made a sale whooohooo I'm so excited I'm shaking lol
My question is They chose paypal as payment. Do I need to send them an invoice from paypal? And if so how do you all handle a coupon if you have one so they know it was applied?

Congratulations!!!
You don't need to send a paypal invoice. The bisi payment process will take them there automatically. The coupons are recorded in the bisi checkout before the order ever makes it to paypal.
If the order record in bisi shows that payment has not been made yet, you can send them an invoice from the "email customer" tab with the link to the paypal payment page. If they still don't complete the payment, send a nice email thanking them for the order and asking if there has been a problem with the payment process.
I've read that some customers are having trouble with paypal payments. I had a couple of customers who had problems but the problems all turned out to be their own info or paypal processing problems.

If you couldn't tell this is my first sale (hopefully the first of many  )
I just wasn't sure how the checkout process handled things.
