I had some orders and they have disappeared. They were there then all of a sudden all the information is gone. What happen? How do I retrieve them? I have zero on the open and closed orders now.

Carol - The orders "reset" themselves every 24 hours. you have to go to the dropdown that offers you different day/hour spans. i think they are 'last 24 hours', 'last 7 days', etc...
