| Thanks, Jennifer. Your information is very helpful ,as always. I think BISI should put a disclaimer on the upgrade so that people understand what they are getting into. It's OK for a person with the knowledge set, bad for people that need to understand more. It doesn't seem right to charge for an upgrade where the consumer has to do all the heavy lifting. So BISI should put somehting up regarding the required skillset and if you are upgrading for digital download purposes, it is being fixed by Tomas this week. Thanks again! J.

| It doesn't seem right to charge for an upgrade where the consumer has to do all the heavy lifting. That is not true. I used to buy 50 lbs. of dog food (just last summer) at Wal-Mart for $17. Now I get 40 lbs of the SAME STUFF for $21. Do I get help getting it off the shelf and onto the bottom of my cart? NO. Do I get help getting it in my trunk? NO. Do I have someone help me get it in the house? Yes!!! But he is not a Wal-Mart employee. He is my sweetie. So... unfortunately, that is just the way it is. And you are not only getting the access to custom templates when you upgrade to a paid plan. You get to customize user emails in the admin, bulk edit, and some other useful stuff but I forget what. (not something I keep tabs on). So really, you do get more for your paid service. OH! Don't forget, you can use your own domain name ONLY with a paid account. PS. You are very welcome for the help.
