I love receiving letters like this from my customers, It almost brings a tear to my eyes,

Just had to tell you... that Apple Strudel Coffee is delicious! Laughing
I had to make another batch of those Apple Muffins tonight because my family gobbled them up so fast! And they're a perfect compliment to your coffee. Everyone loves it.
I'll be back for more and will need to try other flavors, too. (As soon as I can afford to!) I was talking you up to some of my girlfriends, too and everyone wants to know where I am getting the great flavors of decaf. Hope you see some new orders from northern Illinois soon! Wink

That's a great testimonial letter. You should highlight it, or a portion of it, on your home page for other customers to read. Nothing speaks louder than a satisfied customer (well, maybe a dissatisfied one, but not in this case!).
