| Just wondering if I am supposed to cancel my account through a support ticket? I did this on the 17th and have not yet received any reply. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not sure of the exact way that BISI would want you to do it.
If you have an upgraded store, I would downgrade it to the free level first.
Then I would delete all of my items, then go into your store
administration section, go to "Settings" then "General Settings"
then "Store Status" and disable the store.
Then I would put in a support ticket.
You have already put in the support ticket, if you have your store empty,
then nothing can sell, and you won't be charged anything if you have the
basic, free store.
