I tried to check out your site by clicking the link above, however; I discovered the link you posted to be incorrect.
The correct URL to your store is: http://www.diannasfragranceoutlet.mybisi.com/
I am new to BISI and also have trouble remembering this part of the URL. However, I have recently upgraded my account and I am currently waiting for my domain on the web to go into effect. I upgraded my account to not only be able to fully customized my site, but also to be able to eliminate the "dot mybisi" from my store URL. I feel that if I can't remember how that part of the URL goes, how to I expect my customers to remember. I don't want to lose customers that way.
