I really hope someone here will take the time to read these problems I'm having below. I did condense things very well but even then my message is long. So please take the time and see if you have anything to offer me for help. With much appreciation in advance.
I need a lot of help here. This has turned into one complex mess and I don't know where to turn anymore or where to check for the solution. I signed up here with the store name "cherishing teddies". I purchased a domain called teddytreasures.com. I then changed the name of the store to "teddy trerasures". Yesterday Tomas changed my URL (if I have the termminology correct) to "teddy treasures" so now I have everything uniformed finally. I went through all the tabs (to the best of my knowledge) and changed everything to the new URL teddytreasures.
Now as if that's not enough, I noticed my items were being picked up in google. One item ended up on the first page, second from the top! I was real impressed. However the email address was for my personal email not my business email as I preferred. I went into google check out and found the @hotmail.com email address (personal) and deleted it. I tried entering the business email @ameritech.net but it said there was already someone using that email address. So I discovered the second account and deleted the email address and account. I have since entered the @ameritech.net business address to my google check out and it accepted it. Now when I click on my items it states the message below:
Oops! There was an error processing your request.
An administrator has been notified.
In google base it says "status" of my items is "published and searchable". I have found other items do come up in google, however with the same errer message above. I don't know what to do anymore.
If all of this is not enough I've never been able to use my domain I paid for teddytreasures.com and end up in my store. When I try to do the instructions with Go Daddy I get an error message as well. I just want to sell my stuff is all and I'm constantly ending up with HUGE brick walls so bad that I'm listing on ebay again! Can someone please help me?

Sorry you're having such problems! There's definitely a learning curve when you have your own website, but the independence is SO worth it!
The error message you're getting from google search is probably because your store's url was changed from cherishingteddies to teddytreasures. You might submit a support ticket and ask Tomas to resubmit your items if he hasn't already.
If I were you, I'd go back through Tomas' pinned instructions for godaddy and make sure that each step is completed correctly. Something is amiss somewhere and his instructions are accurate. All that godaddy stuff confuses me too but I was able to follow his instructions and point two domain names to my bisi stores. Also, check to make sure that the domain is being pointed to your new bisi url and not the old one.
Hang in there!

Just letting you know that I was successful at getting my domain done with godaddy. My daughter sat here and helped me and somehow we got it done. Now I have to conquer the other problem mentioned. I'm going to do a support ticket now, wish me luck.

Gayla is right. Once Tomas resubmits your items with your new account information, you'll be all set. I had the same problem a few days ago. Once he resubmitted my items, my personal name was taken off Google Products and now my store name is there.
